Mr. Tomás Lanardonne heads the Neuquén office of Argentine law firm Perez Alati and, as a Partner, works at the Energy Team of PAGBAM.
He is a transactional and regulatory lawyer with experience in oil and gas law (upstream, midstream and downstream projects), electricity law (generation, transmission, distribution and end-user projects), renewable energy law (small-scale hydroelectric power, biofuels, wind and solar energy projects) and litigation and international arbitration (energy-related litigation before Federal and state courts and domestic and international arbitration institutions).
Mr. Lanardonne graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires in 2005, where he obtained an honors diploma.
He has also received postgraduate degrees in oil and gas law (University of Buenos Aires, 2007) and administrative law (Argentine Catholic University, 2008 to 2009).
During 2012 and 2013 Mr. Lanardonne obtained an LLM in energy law and policy (with Distinction) at the University of Dundee (Scotland) as a British Chevening Scholar.
Between July 2013 and July 2014, he worked as a Foreign Visiting Attorney at King & Spalding (Houston Office).
He has authored several articles on energy law and is a founding member of the first Argentine Journal of Energy Law. He is Professor of Oil & Gas Law at the Universidad Austral (Buenos Aires, Argentina).
